iOS support
The listing lookup and as-you-type suggestions described here apply to version 2.0.1. Version 2.0.0 stores listing links as references and does not provide suggestions while you type.

Before contacting support
Describe what you were doing, your iOS/app version and any error message. You may include a screenshot with personal details removed. Do not send passwords, payment details, private listing links or identity documents.
Using the current app
- Choose London, San Francisco or Chicago and start typing a hotel, neighbourhood or address. Select a suggested place, then confirm or adjust its pin before requesting a 500 m report.
- For a supported Airbnb listing or share link, choose Find listing location. The app requests the public page directly from Airbnb for an approximate point. Check it against the listing’s map and adjust the pin before requesting a report. If the page or location is unavailable, retry, search for an address or place the pin yourself.
- Reports cover supported parts of London, Chicago and San Francisco. Check the displayed source, period, completeness and last-check time. Missing data is not zero incidents; the experimental index is not a personal-risk estimate or safety guarantee.
- Save reports on this device and compare two or three eligible stays in the same city with a common source and period. There is no account or cloud sync. Delete saved reports from the saved stays list; manage device backups separately.
- A network connection is needed for Apple Maps and official-source queries. If a provider is unavailable, try again later; a previous saved snapshot may still be readable. Support cannot guarantee provider availability or correct source records.
Accounts from earlier versions
The earlier account system was retired on 20 October 2026. Old login details are not needed for this version. Email us for a remaining privacy request; the dated retirement scope is explained in the iOS policy.
ZoneScout is not an emergency service, live alert system or booking service. For an emergency, contact the local emergency services. No response-time guarantee is offered.
